Part 1, K-9 dogs train in Front Royal, Virginia, to disarm enemy saboteurs. Part 2, Sen. Kilgore reports on a special Senate committee investigation of ship production. Shows ships being launched. Part 3, Gen. Stilwell inspects Chinese troops in the Burmese jungles. Infantry and pack mules advance along jungle trails. Wounded are treated in aid stations. Part 4, grain is brought by boat to flooded villages near Calcutta, India. Part 5 shows football coach Alonzo Stagg, his home, his souvenirs and trophies, and his College of the Pacific team playing U.S.C. Part 6 is a trailer on rationing and price control.
